The RAM-103-238U consists of a diamond base and standard length double socket arm that will accept 1" ball bases. The diamond base measures 2.43" x 1.31" and contain two holes 1.912" from center to center, positioned at both ends of the diamond base. The hole pattern found on the diamond base will connect to many RAM cradles, as well as third party cradles including mounts with the industry standard AMPS hole pattern. Designed into the mount is a 1" diameter patented rubber ball and socket system with adjustment points at both ends of the socket arm; this with a twist of the arm knob allows for you to maneuver the mount to your optimum viewing position
The item is worth a 5 star review but the fact it took 3 weeks to receive the item knocked the review down to 3 stars. Won’t order from Pilotshq.com again. I’ve ordered other items in the past and it’s always the same, 3-4 weeks for delivery.
Very well made, feels good in the hand. The only problem I've had with them is the reverse twist function. When you pull to twist it gets hung up for 3 to 4 tries. They work eventually. Fast shipping and packaged nicely.
