Perma-Slik G is an air drying; MoS2 based solid film lubricant with an epoxy binder system. This coating provides a low coefficient of friction, good corrosion resistance, and performs best in higher load carrying applications. Perma-Slik G is qualified to MIL-L-23398D, and MIL-PRF-46147C. Solvent based thermally cured equivalents for Perma-Slik G are Everlube 620C, Ecoalube 642, Lube Lok 5306, Everlube 733, and Lube Lok 2109. Water based thermally cured equivalents are Everlube 9002.
This product is next-level quality. After using this, no lesser product will ever do. Easy to apply, durable, and does what is is supposed to do. Expensive? Yes. Get what you pay for and worth the price? Absolutely. Shipping was a little slow but well worth the wait (*Note* I did not check into faster shipping options). The customer service from Pilots HQ is also next-level above great. I can and do recommend the product as a top-shelf item. I also recommend Pilots HQ as a company I hope to business with again.
The item is worth a 5 star review but the fact it took 3 weeks to receive the item knocked the review down to 3 stars. Won’t order from Pilotshq.com again. I’ve ordered other items in the past and it’s always the same, 3-4 weeks for delivery.
Very well made, feels good in the hand. The only problem I've had with them is the reverse twist function. When you pull to twist it gets hung up for 3 to 4 tries. They work eventually. Fast shipping and packaged nicely.
