Sandstrom 28A solid film lubricant is an air drying, lacquer-like coating that prevents seizing, galling, fretting and corrosion. This clear, low-friction coating is formulated from molybdenum disulfide and pigments that inhibit corrosion. It offers long wear life in operating temperatures of -320 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit under loads that exceed 100,000 psi.

Once applied to a properly prepared surface and cured, Sandstrom 28A is unaffected by fretting and atmospheric corrosion, acids, oils, solvents and degreasers.
