The DOWSIL™ 3145 RTV Mil-A-46146 Adhesive / Sealant, formerly branded as Dow Corning, is a non-flowing, one-part RTV silicone adhesive and sealant. Designed for high-performance applications, it provides excellent mechanical stability and adhesion for sealing modules, housings, and electrical components.
With outstanding thermal stability and dielectric properties, this adhesive is particularly suited for electronics and industrial assemblies requiring high strength and reliability. The alkoxy cure mechanism ensures low odor and corrosion resistance, making it safe for sensitive materials and environments. It cures at room temperature but can be accelerated with heat for faster in-line processing.
