Flowflex (by ACON) is the only over-the-counter antigen test I ve found that is complete in 1 test and thus is the only truly rapid one. There are at least 8 others on the market (Innova Abbott Orient gene Deepblue Fortress Roche SD Bio Sure screen and iHealth) but they appear to all require 2 tests over 48 hours apart to be accurate.
