The Classic Sail 2022 Calendar is a large-format calendar that depicts sailing boats of all types, from traditional working vessels to provocative America's Cup contenders. Kathy Mansfield, whose work is published in nautical publications such as Wooden Boat, Classic Boat, and Water Craft, presents an entertaining pan-Atlantic collection that combines American and European vessels.

Classic sailing vessels featured in the 2022 edition includes:

  • Velsheda - The magnificent J Class yacht was designed in 1933 by Charles Nicholson and built in his yard at Gosport, England.
  • Malabar II - is a 41x276x26 #34; Alden schooner built-in 1922 at Morse x26 Son at Thomaston, Maine.
  • Zinnia - was designed in Britain by Ed Burnett and Nigel Irens, built at Elephant Boatyard near Southampton in 1998.
  • Naema - is modeled on the 1938 Alfred Mylne yacht Panda. She was built at Graafship in Bodrum, Turkey, in 2013,\nwith further work a year later at Hodgson Yachts in East Boothbay, Maine.
  • Tuiga - Designed and built by William Fife in Scotland in 1909, is one of four very fine Fifteen Metre Class yachts\ncurrently sailing.
  • Isis MarconiThe teak 48 x 276 x 26 #34; -rigged yacht was designed and owned by the Frenchman Georges Balderweck, who launched her in 1935 and won the British Fastnet race that year.
  • Adix - is a 212 x 27 steel three-masted gaff schooner built in 1984 in Mallorca, Spain to a design by Arthur Holgate of Dijkstra x26 Partners.
  • Apsara - is a small 24 x 27 custom-built gaff sloop designed by Justin Adams in 2003 and built by Ivan Jeffries\nin Hampshire, England.
  • Mah Jong - was built of teak in 1957 at the Cheoy Lee shipyard in Hong Kong. Designed by Sparkman x26 Stevens, she was sailed back to America via the Suez Canal by the college friends who commissioned her.
  • Moonbeam of Fife, or Moonbeam III - The 98 x 27 was built in 1901 at the William Fife shipyard in Scotland for the Thirty Metre Class.
  • La Recouvrance - This schooner was designed on the lines of an 1817 naval schooner and launched in 1992 by the Chantier du Guip in Brittany.
  • Herreshoff Marconi cutter, Neith - This lovely 59 x 27 cutter was built in 1907 for Nathaniel Herreshoff’s doctor.
