Most items ship within 24-36 hours of payment being received (1-3 Business days). If for some reason your shipment is delayed you shall be notified. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges including duties and fees.
USPS (non-guaranteed service):
As of October 2011, we have fixed our USPS API. Users can now ship USPS. Please note that Pilots HQ LLC has the right to contact the customer with any miscalculated shipping charges. Any non-guaranteed service, at the request of the customer, is the liability of the customer the moment proof of shipment is obtained.
Please check to ensure that the item is in good condition within the first 48 hours of receipt. No penalty for exchanging damaged items. Other returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase at a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All returned items must be accompanied with original packaging and documentation.
Electrical Products including Headsets are not available for a return. These items include a warranty and can be returned to the manufacturer.
