AeroShell Fluid 41 mineral aircraft hydraulic fluid is manufactured to be extremely clean, and it contains additives for exceptional anti-wear properties, oxidation-corrosion inhibition and low temperature fluidity. Metal de-activators and foam inhibitors are added to this high viscosity fluid for enhanced hydraulic performance. Aero Fluid 41 operates over a wide temperature range. This aviation hydraulic fluid is dyed red and available in a quart can.

As a hydraulic fluid for all modern aircraft uses that require mineral hydraulic fluid
When a "superclean" fluid is needed to improve component reliability
For aircraft systems that operate in a pressurized environment between -65.2 and 275 degrees Fahrenheit (-54 to 135 degrees Celsius) and an unpressurized environment between -65.2 and 194 degrees Fahrenheit (-54 to 90 degrees Celsius).
In aircraft systems with synthetic rubber components
AeroShell Fluid 41 is compatible with AeroShell Fluids 4, 31, 51, 61 and 71 and SSF/LGF.
Important: AeroShell Fluid 41 should not be used in systems using natural rubber. Chlorinated solvents should not be used to clean hydraulic components that use AeroShell Fluid 41. The residual solvent contaminates the hydraulic fluid and may lead to corrosion.
